CSERA’s warranties apply only to CSERA branded products and are subject to the following terms: all CSERA warranties are non-transferable and are only available to the original end-buyer of the product. To request a replacement product under a warranty policy, you must create an account at www.bycsera.com, provide proof of purchase, and contact support@bycsera.com. Warranties do not apply to products purchased from unauthorized resellers of CSERA products.

6-MONTH MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

Products: All Products

Warranty Period: 180 days from Purchase date

Policy: Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use

Exclusions: Damages caused by operating the product outside of its intended use. International orders

Replacements - At CSERA's Discretion: Replacement at no cost

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Products: Cases Only

Warranty: Purchase date - as long as you own the device for device specific product

Policy: Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for lifetime of product - normal wear and tear will not be covered under this policy

Exclusions: Warranty limited to the lifetime of your device for device specific products. International orders

Replacements: Replacement with product that is of equal value. Customer pays $9.99 for shipping and handling costs of replacement product.
